Introducing Brett Suess: The New Culinary Visionary at The Silo Cookhouse

The Silo Cookhouse is thrilled to welcome Brett Suess as our new Chef de Cuisine. A Western North Carolina native with a deep-rooted passion for Appalachian and open-fire cuisine, Brett’s journey has been as unique as his approach to cooking. From studying photography at Appalachian State University to discovering his love for the culinary arts in San Diego, Brett’s path led him back to the mountains he calls homeWith years of experience in Asheville’s renowned food scene and a James Beard Award semifinalist honor under his belt, Brett brings a creative, locally-inspired approach to his cooking. At The Silo Cookhouse, he’s excited to craft menus that celebrate the region’s natural bounty while fostering innovation and community.
