We are seeking a Massage & Bodywork Therapist for Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Someone who is experienced and reliable to meet our needs of our guests and locals. And someone who can handle a busy day with 5 to 6 hours of massages.
We have a special team at the Stable Spa who are dedicated to helping the Spa grow to its fullest potential and take pride in the space and the work we do here. We are looking for therapists who want to grow with us and share this similar intention.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Offering quality spa treatments to our guests
Light housekeeping before and after treatment
Assist with laundry
Assist the Wellness Director and/or receptionist when needed (especially during high peak times).

* If you are experienced in a spa setting and are certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Energy Therapy that is an immense plus.

Position Overview:
The Horse Shoe Farm is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Sales & Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while assisting in sales initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in both administrative and guest-facing roles, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about hospitality and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in managing inquiries, creating proposals, and following up with prospective clients for weddings, corporate retreats, and special events.
Maintain CRM databases, calendars, and lead tracking systems.
Prepare contracts, invoices, and other documentation for client bookings.
Conduct site tours with prospective clients and respond promptly to sales-related questions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote event offerings and seasonal packages.
Event Coordination:
Support all stages of event planning, from pre-event preparation through post-event wrap-up.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the lead-up to events, ensuring all logistics are captured and communicated.
Create detailed event timelines, layouts, and setup instructions for internal teams.
Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-the-day logistics, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Conduct post-event follow-ups and assist with invoicing and feedback collection.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or sales coordination.
Experience with boutique hotels, luxury venues, or retreat centers preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms, G Suite and event management tools.
Confident, calm under pressure, and guest-service focused.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event needs.

The Silo Cookhouse at The Horse Shoe Farm is excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of Server/Bartender. The Horse Shoe Farm is a family-owned, intimate, luxury farm available for accommodations, dining, spa, retreats and events. The Silo Cookhouse, our fine dining restaurant concept, serves locally sourced farm to table ingredients in creative ways.
The Server/Bartender is responsible for ensuring guests have the best possible dining experience that meets The Horse Shoe Farm standard. The Server will greet guests, guide their experience, serve food and beverages, manage guest requests and expectations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
The Server/Bartender will be a Full Time position for dinner service. This is a Tipped Position. There is opportunity for additional hours for multiple events and functions that take place throughout the year.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greet and serve guests, while promoting the brand’s unique style and high standard of dining experience
Learn and know all menu items and specifications
Prepare dining room and seating area for service, including ensuring greeting area and dining room are clean and tables are set and reviewing menu
Describe menu to guests and answer questions about menu, dining experience and general background on the property
Serve food and beverage, check on guests and expedite exceptional service
Liaise with back of house staff to expedite service
Perform all aspects of bar operation as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in fine dining required
High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public
Excellent customer service and friendly, positive attitude

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest services team and help uphold the farm’s high standards for hospitality. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
Handle guest complaints and special requests with efficiency and empathy, ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct regular room inspections for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, and guest readiness, coordinating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Assist in creating and implementing detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front desk operations, guest check-in/out, room inspections, and service protocols.
Monitor reservations, manage daily room assignments, and communicate updates to the appropriate departments.
Serve as the go-to person for front desk staff questions, performance issues, and procedural guidance.
Collaborate with department leaders to ensure consistent standards across all guest touchpoints.
Maintain accurate records, prepare shift reports, and assist with administrative duties as needed.
Uphold safety, security, and property policies at all times.
Qualifications:
