Meditation is an approach to training the mind similar to how fitness is an approach to training the body. Contemporary research shows how a consistent meditation practice yields long-term positive effects on brain and immune function among meditators. Full Moon's represent the completion of a cycle, and we will be gathering together to release our intentions from the last 6 months! We will first begin with a sound healing to connect to the body, and release what is no longer serving us. We will then discuss the energy for Full Moon Aquarius through the lens of Astrology and Human Design. There will be a brief overview on what Human Design is as well if you are new to the system. If time permits, we will do a sharing circle with what you are wishing to complete for this cycle. We will end our time together with Krystle, the facilitator of the circle closing out with Reiki to infuse our hearts with more love and compassion!

The Sound Meditation Journey is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. It begins with each person lying or sitting down, relaxed and eyes closed. Then, there’s nothing for you to do but to completely receive. You'll be guided through some gentle focus on your breathing and soothing words that will flow seamlessly into a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations, frequencies and sensations will hold you and weave their magic over and through you. A variety of instruments are used including crystal singing bowls, flow and Koshi chimes, an ocean drum, rainsticks, gongs, crystal pyramids and more. Different sounds and frequencies activate different parts of the body and brain to help recalibrate the nervous system into a state of harmony.

From the beginning of time these mountains have stood as witness to the evolutionary passage of events that we humans know as “Life”. Deep within these old woods the roots of the trees and plant life carry the memories of all those that have come before upon this earth.
