As we prepare for a busy season ahead, we’re taking intentional time to elevate the dining experience at The Silo Cookhouse.

Beginning May 11 through the end of the month:
• Weekday breakfast (Mon–Fri) will be available to in-house guests only, 8–10 AM
• Dinner + weekend brunch will be offered by reservation only

Behind the scenes, we’re revamping our menu, training our chefs, and refining every detail of service.
