Brett was born & raised in Southern California, he graduated from massage school in 2018. In the fall of 2023 Brett, his wife , and four boys migrated to Western North Carolina where they now call the blue ridge mountains home.
As a student of Jiu Jitsu and a bare foot trail runner, Brett understands the importance of rest & recovery.
His career as a massage therapist is a way for him to honor his belief that massage and a healthy active lifestyle is an integral aspect of keeping oneβs life force strong and steady.
Brett believes living in alignment with nature is a surefire path to living with oneβs mind, body, and soul in harmony.
The pure frequencies of a sound healing bath allow the mind to enter the theta state: for enhanced physical restoration, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment. To inspire receptivity, we begin by starting with a simple guided meditation of breath and toning.

With supportive props for comfort, we lay on our backs in shavasna, with a lightly guided meditation for deeper relaxation, and surrender to the sound healing bath- bringing harmonious resonance to the whole being.
There are seven tones of C, D, E, F, G, A, B for each crystal bowl, also aligned with the seven primary chakras:
Root
Sacral
Solar Plexus
Heart
Throat
Third Eye
Crown.
The root tone is essentially played in a steady constant to anchor the mind and ground the body. Higher tones are then overlaid in various closed looping patterns, to bring the mind and body to peaceful closure and deep rest.
