Community Somatic Processing & Healing Session with Naomi Rhema

Join us for a community somatic process and healing session.

In the wake of Helena, which brought about a massive community loss and sorrow, we look inward to find connection and support.  Using Somatic Experiencing we will take a journey of the inner body to view, feel, and begin to support the delicate parts of ourselves and our communities pain. Healing won’t happen overnight, and as we begin to come back from the state of shock or intense action that we have shifted into, to triage the chaos, we do need to start remembering how to feel again.

BE with us ..

Together we will look at, and maybe turn back on some of the parts of ourselves that may be locked away.  In this way may we begin to feel and remember all the layers of being in our lives, which is where the deeper lessons, love, and healing lie.

**This session is donation based. No one will be turned away

Meditation Class with Oana Lansman

Meditation is an approach to training the mind similar to how fitness is an approach to training the body. Contemporary research shows how a consistent meditation practice yields long-term positive effects on brain and immune function among meditators. Lower blood pressure, improved circulation, improved heart rate, reduced stress and anxiety, lower cortisol levels - are just a few documented benefits.

Breath Medicine: Breathwork with The Breath Nurse

Join The Breath Nurse for a transformational breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your true nature, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.

Take home a renewed sense of peace and wellness to carry forward into your life with this full-body experience that will leave you feeling lighter, more alive, motivated, and energized through the power of your own breath.

We’ll begin with a brief discussion to set the week’s intention and guide your focus. You’ll then learn a simple yet powerful breathing pattern that can unlock the full potential of your respiratory system—and of yourself. Next, you’ll lie down for a deeply immersive, guided breathwork journey, accompanied by music. As you relax and let the breath work within you, profound shifts in energy, awareness, and healing become accessible. Afterward, we’ll gather for optional sharing and a Q&A, allowing time for reflection and connection just before we say our goodbyes. Come experience this empowering wellness practice in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment.

This is more than a class—it’s Breath Medicine. Breathwork can spark internal shifts that positively impact how you feel and how you show up in the world.

Some of the many potential benefits include:

  • Relief from stress and anxiety

  • Improved mood and sleep

  • Increased energy and stamina

  • Enhanced concentration and clarity

  • Reduced burnout, frustration, and overwhelm

  • Greater optimism, compassion, and joy

  • Decreased pain and inflammation

  • A newfound sense of clarity, meaning, and purpose

  • Support for your immune system

  • Improved overall well-being and peace of mind

  • A deepened connection to yourself, others, and your spirituality

How to prepare:

  • Dress comfortably and bring water with you.

  • Come with a mostly empty stomach by avoiding large meals/heavy food or drink at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. Light snacks and sips are okay.

  • To make the most of your experience, please arrive early to settle into the space and ensure your mobile device is silenced.

*No experience is necessary. Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. If you are/think you may be pregnant or have a severe uncontrolled physical/mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended.
