Join us for a breath-work & cold plunge workshop

with Nathan Shultz at The Horse Shoe Farm.

Elevate your plunge experience by spending 45 minutes to learn the proper breathing techniques, grounded meditation skills, & gate-opening movement, that will prepare your body for the fullest receiving of benefits.


HOW IT WORKS:

  • Arrive and check in at The Stable Spa at 9:30 AM (remember to bring your bathing suit! Towels provided at THSF)

  • Our group will then move down to The Pool House area, where we will begin a 45 minute breath-work preparation course, in addition to education surrounding meditation & movement as part of a “pre-plunge” practice, with Nathan Shultz, of Elevate With Nate!

    • Following the course, you will not only be educated, but your body will be prepped to complete a

      hot & cold plunge circuit like never before!

  • Now, the hot & cold plunge circuit!

    Continue your journey utilizing the amenities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi + cold plunge), followed by blissful relaxation amidst the serene backdrop of The Horse Shoe Farm. Access up until 12pm noon.

There are towels, hot tea, showers, & hair dryers available for use during and after this experience.

About your guide, Nathan

Nathan, an Executive Coach and group facilitator, elevates individuals to unlock their purpose and potential. He specializes in guiding career transitions, helping professionals navigate change with clarity and confidence. Embedded within organizations, he provides 360° support through performance coaching, team development, and transformative offsite experiences. With an MBA from the University of Michigan, Nathan is a certified Co-Active Coach and yoga teacher, featured in The New York Times and GQ Magazine. He is also thrilled to be pursuing certification to become a 5Rhythms dance teacher, deepening his commitment to movement and personal transformation.
