Breath Medicine: Breathwork with The Breath Nurse

  • The Horse Shoe Farm 155 Horse Shoe Farm Drive Hendersonville, NC, 28791 United States (map)

Join The Breath Nurse for a transformational breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your true nature, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.

Take home a renewed sense of peace and wellness to carry forward into your life with this full-body experience that will leave you feeling lighter, more alive, motivated, and energized through the power of your own breath.

We’ll begin with a brief discussion to set the week’s intention and guide your focus. You’ll then learn a simple yet powerful breathing pattern that can unlock the full potential of your respiratory systemβ€”and of yourself. Next, you’ll lie down for a deeply immersive, guided breathwork journey, accompanied by music. As you relax and let the breath work within you, profound shifts in energy, awareness, and healing become accessible. Afterward, we’ll gather for optional sharing and a Q&A, allowing time for reflection and connection just before we say our goodbyes. Come experience this empowering wellness practice in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment.

This is more than a classβ€”it’s Breath Medicine. Breathwork can spark internal shifts that positively impact how you feel and how you show up in the world.
