Post Helene Healing Sound Bath w/Vivek Chugh

  • The Horse Shoe Farm 155 Horse Shoe Farm Drive Hendersonville, NC, 28791 United States (map)

Come immerse yourself in a somatic journey of sound and relaxation, where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being. Imagine the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls washing over you, calming your mind, and rejuvenating your spirit. Vivek will be facilitating this sound journey using over 30 handcrafted singing bowls, each emitting a rich spectrum of intricate, highly somatic frequencies and overtonesβ€”offering more than just a sound bath. The harmonious and grounding sounds have the potential to deeply influence your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states of being.

This event is open to all levelsβ€”whether you’re a seasoned mindfulness enthusiast, someone exploring a novel path to relaxation, or simply seeking stress relief.

What to expect:

This somatic experience led by sound bath facilitator Vivek, will be centered around the body’s Chakra energy points. Each participant will receive individual attention as the resonating tones of the bowls are played over the body. Be prepared to experience a gentle transformation, feeling a harmonious balance and alignment enveloping you.

  • To make the most of your experience, please arrive early and ensure your mobile devices are on silent.

  • We recommend coming well-hydrated and with a comfortably satisfied bellyβ€”not too full or too empty.  This balance will help you achieve the best results during your meditation.

  • Wear comfortable clothing to fully relax and enjoy the session.

    $29 per person

The pure frequencies of a sound healing bath allow the mind to enter the theta state: for enhanced physical restoration, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment.

This begins to awaken the 5 subtle energy bodies:

  • Annamaya Kosha (Physical body)

  • Pranamaya Kosha (Life energy body)

  • Manomaya Kosha (Emotional body)

  • Vijnanamaya Kosha (Intellect Wisdom body)

  • Anadamaya Kosha (Bliss body)

With supportive props for comfort, we lay on our backs in shavasna, and surrender to the sound healing bath - bringing harmonious resonance to the whole being.
