Join us for The Silo Cookhouse’s prime rib night, featuring French Broad River Cattle Farms beef and other local partners. Our prime rib is herb crusted and allowed to cure for 24 hours before being slow roasted for a perfect finish. First come first served, once we’re out we’re out, so don’t be late!
