Ecstatic dance invites you to move your body freely, without judgment or shame, wherever the rhythms may take you. It is a sacred meditation - when you move your body, you move your soul. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned ecstatic dancer, all are welcome and encouraged to try this sacred practice!

The Sunset Barn at The Horse Shoe Farm. Please follow the “special event” signage.
What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle! Barefeet or dance shoes only (there will be plenty of space to safely tuck away your shoes & personal belongings). We ask that you respect the sacredness of this space by honoring other’s boundaries, putting cell phones and cameras away, and refraining from conversation in the dance space.
Registration
Registration is not required, but is recommended. You can also just show up!
Are children permitted?
Yes, all ages are welcome and encouraged! If you are bringing children, they must remain supervised at all times.
