The Path of Azul is a heart-centered, conscious movement practice that invites us to
use the power of movement to
Free the body, making space to feel, express, and
release through dance.
We spend so much of our waking life in our thinking mind. It can
often be a relief and a joy to create space to more fully and freely inhabit our bodies.

When we can Listen, soften, and connect with the body, and Allow ourselves permission to move in whatever way feels good, we Open to the spaciousness of possibility and Move toward all that life is offering us with greater clarity and presence.
When we can bring the mind and body into greater alignment,
we can move through life with greater ease and awareness.
What to expect
An Azul conscious movement class is a non-conversational space for free-form movement. The class will begin with a warm-up, an open block of non-instructional time to stretch, to arrive in the body, and into movement with music. The warm-up will last approximately 30 minutes, then the doors will close at 6:30 as the session begins.
Each class will offer a movement exploration and a teaching from the map of Azul, with guided facilitation to explore the somatic experience through dance. Follow your body, trust your movement, whatever feels comfortable. There is no one right way to move, and no way to get it wrong. The best way to understand Azul is to experience it yourself! No experience required. All bodies are welcome!
