While it may seem like an untraditional dining service, the true heart of traditional dining is communal style.
Enjoy dinner with your family and the new ones you make around you. Fill your evening with food cooked from the heart, new people and an appreciation for the enjoyment of your community around you.

Our menu features locally sourced and thoughtfully curated dishes inspired by life on the farm and the mountains of Western North Carolina that are our backdrop.
Throughout the year, our menu ebbs and flows in accordance with the rhythm of the seasons.
Please note, due to seasonal & local availability, menus are subject to change without notice. (See dietary restrictions for more information regarding special requests).
Seating is communal.

The Bar at The Silo Cookhouse will be open from 12-9pm (Sun-Wed), 12-10pm (Thurs-Sat).

To secure your spot, reservations are available on OpenTable or by calling us at 828-393-3034 x3.

No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $30 per person for dinner reservations and $15 per person for lunch reservations.
This fee will be charged to the card on file that was made when the reservation was booked. The card-holding guest on the reservation is responsible for any cancellation fee negotiations within their cancelled party.

For large groups or parties of 15 or more, we provide a group dining menu.

When making a group dining reservation, meal selections will be chosen by the Silo Chefs from the existing menu based on availability and any dietary restrictions for your group.

The Bar at The Horse Shoe Farm offers a selection of fine wines, local beers, and seasonal craft cocktails.
Guests may bring wine. We charge a $25 per bottle corkage fee.

Children are welcome to enjoy The Silo Cookhouse! Please make sure to book a seat for your children when booking. Kid's menus and high chairs are available upon request.

Our outdoor patio seating is limited and is seated on a first come, first served basis. Outdoor dining is weather permitting.

At The Horse Shoe Farm, we strongly believe in creating a sustainable food model that is conscious of our impact on the environment.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are typically available, however we ask for a courtesy 24-hr notice for any dietary restrictions so that we can adequately prepare for your meal.
