Wise Women Winter Weekend

Wise Woman Traditions span the globe, transcend time, race and even gender.

Ancient cultures and now new sciences teach us that our bodies can be in harmony with the rhythyms of nature, that our biological clocks can sync with celestial clocks. When this happens our hormones can function at optimal levels, we nurture our psycho-spiritual health as well. Our Grandmothers who lived with this reverent relationship with nature created practices of deep listening that increased their inner knowing.

They honored the sacred within themselves and within the environment around them, creating herbal self-care rituals and community celebrations of their life cycles. Their mundane lives became magical.

Let’s reignite the sacred divine feminine within, honor her and give her a divine purpose.Let us be a reflection to each other, sharing the diversity of beauty, strength, need, intelligence, and our personal stories through supportive compassionate connection.
