Escape to the mountains for a weekend of relaxation and renewal during this immersive breathwork retreat intentionally designed to give you the space to breathe and just be. Step away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life to return to your true nature amidst the tranquil and picturesque setting of the farm. Here, youโ€™re invited to unwind and reconnect within the peaceful atmosphere and natureโ€™s embrace.

Throughout the weekend, experience rejuvenation of your mind, body and spirit through luxurious accommodations, deeply transformative guided breathwork workshops, nourishing meals, community and other nurturing activities, including sound healing, yoga and spa treatments. And since everything planned is optional, youโ€™ll also have the freedom to take time for solitude and reflection.

FRIDAY

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

SATURDAY:

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
5 PM - 6PM

Sunday:

9:30 AM - 11:00 AM 


How to prepare for breathwork:

  • Dress comfortably

  • Have a mostly empty stomach (no big meals/heavy food or drink at least 30 min prior to arrival- light snacks and drinks are okay)

  • Arrive early to settle into the space

  • If needed, please use the restroom upon arrival or before coming

  • Ensure your cell phone is silenced
