Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your treatment and turn your phone to silent.

For your safety, please refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages before receiving a spa treatment. *Note that we reserve the right to deny treatment for anyone under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

Please note we have a firm 24-hour cancellation and change policy. Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, no changes or cancellations are permitted and will result in a full charge for all treatments. Changes or cancellations due to delayed travel or traffic will result in shortened treatments or a full charge for missed treatments.

All spa products including massage oils, masks, and other specialty service items are certified organic.

An automatic 20% service charge will be applied to all treatments, services, classes and day passes.

Gratuity for your massage therapist is included in the 20% service charge. You are welcome to add more gratuity for exceptional service, please notify the receptionist upon check out.

*Please note we recommend cash for any extra gratuity you may want to leave your Massage Therapist.

Minors who are 12 years of age or younger are not permitted in the Spa. Minors 13-17 years are able to enjoy our foot therapies and facelift massages. We must have a minor consent form signed by a parent and the parent must be present during treatment. The Polar Bear Pass is limited to adults age 18 and over.

Please alert us if you have a medical condition, or are presently under a physician’s care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, acute injury and heart ailments are of special interest to ensure your safety. We will customize our services to fit your needs when possible, but may need a Doctor’s note in order to proceed with treatments.
