Experience deep restoration through the healing combination of water, sound, and nature. While floating comfortably on the pool or relaxing on poolside loungers, you'll be guided through a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments designed to encourage relaxation and support the body's natural ability to restore balance.
Overlooking the majestic Appalachian Mountains, this peaceful practice offers an opportunity to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of ease. Whether you're seeking quiet reflection or simply a moment to pause this immersive experience offers a memorable way to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
For this experience we have both floating options and lounge options. For floaters, you will be on an air mattress on the pool. There will be someone in the pool taking care and watching over so you can relax. Getting wet is optional but please bring a change of clothes and wear layers in case you get chilly.
