A HOT & COLD PLUNGE EXPERIENCE
Step into a wonderland of relaxation and bliss with our cold plunge club!
This self-guided hydrotherapy circuit (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi + cold plunge) will send you on a reawakening journey utilizing hot & cold hydrotherapy, followed by blissful relaxation amidst the serene backdrop of The Horse Shoe Farm.
Polar Bear Pass comes with a spa treatment on Monday through Thursday. *Locals only (must show ID)

The Polar Bear Pass- $60 for a 2 hour experience
Reservations must be made by EACH person that is attending. We require a waiver to be signed that is tied to each individual guest, so please do not sign up a group under one name, but rather have each person sign up separately. Thank You!

A 2-hour Pool House pass (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi + cold plunge)
*Please note there is a brief outdoor walk to our Pool house facility from The Stable Spa and the jacuzzi and cold plunge are outdoors.*
Hair dryer, towels & bags to hold wet items are provided in the shower facilities.
Passes are valid for the two hour allotted time only.
The pool is for use “at your own risk” so be mindful of that if you plan on using The Pool House facilities.

No! You can purchase a Polar Bear Pass without purchasing a Spa treatment.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday are limited and can only be booked 7 days out without a spa treatment.
Polar Bear Pass comes with a spa treatment on Monday through Thursday.

Please CHECK IN at the Stable Spa Front Desk to get your wristband & start your time!
YOU MUST pre-register, pay & sign the liability waiver for your Polar Bear Pass before you arrive. Same day pass admission will not be permitted due to high demand.
For a 10 am plunge time you can check in as early as 9:30am. First plunge time is from 10am to 12:00pm.
You must check out at The Stable Spa at end of your plunge time.

Our QR code allows you to order lunch at the Pool House and have it delivered! The QR code is available during lunch hours (see below). You may also dine in at The Silo Cookhouse before or after your cold plunge experience! For dining in, we encourage you to make a reservation to ensure your seat at the table.
