The Horse Shoe Farm is an 85-acre boutique resort in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains that offers intentional hospitality to our guests through lodging, dining and spa. This spectacular property is looking for the right person to join our team as Dining Room Supervisor. The Dining Room Supervisor is an essential member of the farm, responsible for supervising all aspects of service at The Silo Cookhouse.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Supervise the Front of House Staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, evaluation, and development
· Supervise the dining room during service, including setting up tables, greeting guests, delivering food and beverage to tables, and overall supervision during meals to ensure the highest standards of service
· Work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure and execute the highest level of hospitality, including prompt and gracious troubleshooting of customer issues or complaints
· Track, order and manage front of house inventory
· Perform closing duties, including reporting and revenue management
· Supervise the beverage program, including working with bartenders to maintain bar set up, menu development and implementation (**prior knowledge of wine & spirits is a plus!**)
· Perform other administrative tasks as required
Required qualifications:
Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of world class internal/external guest service
Knowledge of and experience in fine dining strongly preferred

Must be computer proficient and tech-savvy or possess a willingness to learn how to use our systems.
