This collaborative experience with our farmer and the Silo Cookhouse celebrates the simple pleasure of bringing the garden into the kitchen. Guests will learn how to grow and care for culinary herbs, explore traditional techniques for drying and preserving them, and finish by creating flavorful, shelf-stable herb preparations inspired by the Farm’s seasonal kitchen.
