The Jump off Rock Half Marathon is among the fastest races in the south. Both race options finish in Historic Downtown Hendersonville on Main Street and are USATF sanctioned. Here is the information for both of these incredible NC races:
Jump off Rock Half Marathon
The Half Marathon begins at Jump off Rock, a national landmark at Laurel Park's highest peak. The race will start at 7:30 a.m. and is time capped at noon. This race will be a gentle and downhill 13.1-mile course. You will be running through breathtaking views of the Laurel Park back roads, Osceola Lake, and ending in downtown Hendersonville, NC. There will be fully stocked stations with beverages and snacks at miles: 5, 7.5, 9.5, and 11.5.
10K Race in Hendersonville, NC
The 10K race will begin at 9 a.m. at the Hendersonville Family YMCA in the Town of Laurel Park, NC. You will join the Jump off Rock Half Marathon course at the halfway point. The course will be moderately flat with a few gentle rollers. You will run through historic city streets and Osceola Lake before returning to downtown Hendersonville, NC. The time cap will be the same as the Jump off Rock Half Marathon at noon. There will be fully stocked stations with beverages and snacks at miles 2 and 4.
