Join us for a Symphony of Sound!
Krista is enamored with the human-body experience and has devoted her life to the profound mystery of embodiment and communion with the Divine. She is a body nerd, fascia-fanatic, nature lover, yoga teacher/trainer, dancer, ceremonialist, and bodyworker.
Additionally, she shares the power of energy medicine as a Holographic Sound Healing Practitioner and a Kambo Practitioner. Her approach integrates ancient and modern wisdom and shamanic techniques to captivate the mind and nurture the heart. Her facilitation style creates space for creativity, rhythmic living, improvisation, and curiosity.
Krista believes the human experience is meant to be expressive, wild, playful, and steeped in reverence. Her greatest wish is that we all may have the courage to sing and dance together for the highest benefit of all beings.
Length of Time: 60 min
